The NW Chocolate Festival - How to navigate
The @nwchocolate will take place Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th 9am to 5pm at Seattle
I have been going to the NW chocolate festival since 2013 or 2014, this year will be our 2nd time as exhibitor and we are so excited. Find our booth #418
If you are planning to attend, here are some tips to get the best out of your experience- Take your time and plan to go early, if you are planning one day only I suggest get the early access ticket - there are LOTS of SAMPLES, and a lot of good vendors (the best in chocolate) mostly bean to bar craft chocolate makers and some chocolatiers with Bonbons, except to eat a lot of chocolate, as you can sample/ try before you buy.
It’s a good place to talk and ask questions to the vendors and to learn more about their story and their chocolate-
One thing to consider as well - not a lot of people realize this - The ticket, will come with access to workshops and there are lot of AMAZING ones, if you are planning to attend any workshops, I suggest you see the schedule before and select which ones you want to do and plan your day around them-

To Navigate your way, I recommend to have the map handy and start visiting booths in a specific order and mark the ones that interests you so you can easily go back and find them. Make sure to cover all the floor so better to walk in a system rather than a random. Take business cards and handouts from any business you like, you can reference this later when you go home. Take pictures of what you liked. Follow them on social media/ Instagram and sign-up to receive updates and newsletters from any business you are interested in (you can always unsubscribe) but if you miss to get contact information of a preferred business it might be hard to track them later (there is no way you can remember after the festival).
I usually Buy my yearly supply for chocolate bars and some chocolate bonbons to consume sooner but bars can store for more than a year.
Bring some salty snacks or plan to stop to have lunch then continue- Bring a water bottle that can be refilled- Take a break when tired (maybe attend a workshop and then go back )
