On Saturday, Feb. 7 at 2 pm, celebrate an early Valentine’s/Galentine’s Day with a special Chocolate and wine pairing, we are partnering with The Melody Lynne Vineyard in Redmond.

You’ll taste a variety of chocolates, including chocolates with different percentages of cacao and artisan bonbons, paired with delicious wines from The Melody Lynne Vineyard.

You’ll discover how tea can enhance certain notes in chocolate. You’ll also learn about the origins of the teas and tisanes and how to properly steep them. The teas and herbal blends will be either mild caffeine or caffeine free.

The tasting is 90 minutes and limited to 25 people.
